We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital access to Environment & Sustainability Unredacted, sold by Adib Ibrahim. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order reference or the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at support@esunredacted.com and we will help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days of approval.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, digital access to the paid parts ends. Parts 01 and 02 remain free to read. Printed-book access codes are not purchases made through this app; if you bought a printed copy, please contact the retailer you bought it from.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to orders placed through checkout.
